About

Let’s get to know each other.

My name is Michele, and I’m the founder of ProjectGrowth.blog, a space where I share ideas, tools, and systems that help people plan, build, and grow with clarity.

About

I’m a Management Engineer by background, with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree earned between Italy and Japan.

My academic path gave me a strong foundation in project management, business strategy and operations, but it’s the real-world application of those skills that I’ve always found most exciting.

During my time in Japan, I had the opportunity to work side by side with consulting firms, fast-growing startups, and global manufacturing leaders: an experience that shaped how I approach both business and problem-solving.

(Maybe one day I’ll share more about this chapter of my life here on the blog.)

Today, I split my time between Italy and Germany, working in business and technology while continuing to explore the topics that inspire me most:

project management, business planning, productivity, personal growth, and financial independence.

These aren’t just topics I work on.

They’re part of how I live.

They’ve been the focus of my studies, my career, the books I read, and how I spend much of my free time…

Including building this blog.

Why ProjectGrowth.blog?

Because I believe that structure creates freedom.

Whether you’re launching a side project, managing a solo business, or just trying to bring more order to your ideas, having the right mindset and systems makes a huge difference.

My goal is to make those systems accessible: no fluff, no overwhelm, just clarity and forward momentum.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Practical content to help you manage your projects and time
  • Simple tools and templates to organize your work and ideas
  • Personal insights from someone building alongside you

This blog isn’t about being perfect or pretending to have it all figured out.
It’s about building thoughtfully, growing consistently, and sharing what works — one piece at a time.

Thanks for stopping by, and see you around the blog.

A hug,

Michele
